I've been kinda wanting to join a pokemon roleplay group...I didn't really feel comfortable just randomly making an app though still kinda don't -hit- But this group looks really cool, and it's smaller, at least for now, so I dunno. (pffft I just need to accept my position as a universal peasant and move on in life XDD)

Personality:
Aislinn is independent and quiet. She avoids most people or interaction, but has a heart of gold buried under all the horrible things she’s been taught to think. She also tends to be naïve, due to her lack of knowledge of the real world and the people outside of the few she’s known her whole life. She’s street smart and has all her fathers ‘lessons’ tacked up in her mind, but is almost completely lacking in people and educational skills.

History:
Aislinn, daughter of a shiny and regular Mightyena, was born with an eye of each color, one, the normal one, blind. Her mother died soon after she was born, giving Aislinn no memories of her at all.
Her father, a drunk as well as a thief, taught Asilnn from almost the beginning of her life how horrible the world was, telling her of all the terrible things it brimmed with, forcing her to come with him on heists, murders, and any other law his crew decided to go and break. And when she didn’t come, she was often left alone, sometimes for days on end. Once she grew to a decent age, her father made her a member of his little rag-tag gang of thieves. Knowing no other life, or other people, she silently was dragged along.
After years of dealing with her father’s torment and her curiosities, she ran away, hoping to start anew somewhere far away.
That’s when she stumbled upon the library. Never having gone to school, most the reading or writing she did was self taught, very little, and usually very rough. However, the idea of learning and reading fascinates her and the library captivated her. She lived on the streets but would come everyday, mostly looking at picture books, until the librarian noticed her and offered her a job as an apprentice. Aislinn, wary of the woman, agreed and now works there as an apprentice.

--Her father often told her she was too stupid, ugly, and terrible to be around other people. (She thinks very little of herself)

--Has trouble reading, writing, and learning but loves it and attempts to teach herself.

--Most people assume she’s either mean or just hates people, but once you take the time and effort to get to know her, she’s a lot like a big little kid.

--She also has a bit of trouble talking and usually just prefers to stay quiet. It’s not that she can’t do it, her father made sure she could. She simply prefers to just be quiet.
